This is my third year on vacation with this operator. The first year, everything was a 10, the second an 8, and this last experience, I'm somewhere between a 6 and a 7. The campsite facilities were new, that's true. However, the bungalow needed maintenance, and opening the entrance door was an ordeal; several things were already on the verge of breaking. Perhaps the worst thing was not being able to use the terrace because of the flies. We checked, and it was only in the area around our bungalow; there was something nearby that would have attracted flies, but this can definitely be improved. The price of the shop and bar was quite expensive, however, the decisive factor in not giving the campsite a higher rating was the children's entertainment. In this regard, I think they have everything they need to improve. You can't call an activity crafts and then give the children a coloring sheet when they arrive and that's it. Queues of more than an hour every day for face painting as the star activity, only to find that several times they only paint a star or a heart, and this makeup time was reduced from the supposed children's disco to two or three songs. As I said, there's a lot to do. Compared to Cala Gogo, for example, it's a thousand light years away. Perhaps the most serious aspect of this issue is that of the four animators, two girls and two boys, only one was willing to work; the rest were so horribly reluctant that it was offensive. This opinion was common knowledge among the mothers as we waited for the hour-and-a-half torture of makeup every day. Nevertheless, the campsite looks good, but we, for one, won't be returning.
