Camping Playa Brava is quietly situated near a large sandy beach and just a few miles from Playa de Pals. Playa Brava is in the middle of the nature resort of Basse d’en Coll and is an ideal spot for a relaxing holiday.

The restaurant and bar are situated close to the swimming pool. During high season this is the venue for lively discos. For the little ones there is a children’s club, and for those looking for some activity there are sports pitches for football, beach volleyball and table tennis. Also on Camping Playa Brava you will find a supermarket and a bakery.


Swimming facilities at Camping Playa Brava

The swimming pool area at Camping Playa Brava is a popular place for socialising both during the day and in the evening. Around the pool there are grassy sunbathing areas. The wide sandy beach is excellent for swimming and sunbathing. Behind the beach is a freshwater lake for non-motorised craft only.


Nearby Camping Playa Brava

Around Playa de Pals there are many places worth visiting. Firstly there is Pals itself, but also the town of Peratallada which is built on and partly from rock. The little bays near the coastal town of Begur are famous for their crystal clear water. For those interested in history, the Greek and Roman archaeological sites at Empuries are a recommended place to visit. Also there are two golf courses near to the campsite.

We stayed in mobile accommodation with Venue holidays and were very well looked after by Mohammad and Alma who were very attentive. The campsite is well situated beside the beach with direct access so it was a bonus being able to pack up and head to the accommodation for lunch. There is a very good sized, well stocked Jodofi with an excellent bakery onsite which made everything so simple. There are plenty of very well maintained shower and toilet blocks with friendly staff who do an excellent job at keeping the facilities spotlessly clean.
