The campsite Yelloh! Colina do Sol is located on a cliff near the bay of São Martinho do Porto. One of the most beautiful Portuguese beaches is two kilometres away, but you can also enjoy the water park.

The Atlantic Ocean and the beach of São Martinho do Porto are only two kilometres from the campsite, but the aqua park is also worth a visit! Here you'll find a heated paddling pool where the little holidaymakers can let off steam with the play equipment. That is when they're not sliding down one of the four slides. There's also a balneo pool with spa and sun loungers on the sun terrace.

Facilities at camping Yelloh! Colina do Sol

Children will never be bored at this campsite in the Leiria district, as there are children's clubs for different age groups that organise all kinds of fun activities. They are guaranteed to make new friends during this camping holiday! For adults, there are also activities such as water polo, dancing, and volleyball. In the evening, the animation team organises activities from karaoke to shows. The campsite also has a restaurant, bar, and supermarket.

Once you've tried all the slides at the campsite, there's another aqua park thirty minutes away: Norpark in Nazaré. Also, half an hour away is the medieval town of Óbidos, where the castle is one of the attractions. Other places worth visiting are Batalha and Alcobaça, both with impressive monasteries.

A lovely family campsite in a superb location.
Amazing location, there was alot to explore close by. We spent lots of time in both Sao Martinho do Porto and Nazaré which are both lovely towns.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful, from reception staff to animation team.
The site facilities were excellent and well maintained.
The caravans were very close together and the position of ours meant we didn't have any view or sunlight on our decking.
There was no blind in the toilet which made using it after dark hard, especially as it was very close to the next caravans decking!
It was a bit too hilly for me personally, but this wasn't a problem for the others in my group. And I was able to drive to and from the pool.
We had a great time at this campsite. We travelled with two 15 year old boys and there was plenty for them to do, they especially loved water polo and playing football. I have been to other similar sites that feel like they are always trying to take your money, but this was not the case here. Apart from the bar and small shop everything is free. All of the staff were friendly and helpful if we had questions. The animation staff were particularly great and really made the holiday for our boys. We ate in the restaurant on our last night which was lovely and reasonably priced for an on site restaurant. That was the only night we attended the evening entertainment and we thoroughly enjoyed. I have mobility problems that made walking back to the caravan hard as it's up a steep hill. But when we drove down to use the pool there was always somewhere to park close by. One of the best things about this campsite is the location. We fell in love with nith Sao Martinho do Porto and Nazare, but we also loved exploring many other towns and villages near by and felt like we experienced real Portugal and Portuguese culture.

Great first trip to Portugal
Lovely campsite
Not too big
Close to town and beach
Design flaw or problem with our accommodation as when it rained in the night, I was kept awake by a dripping noise at one part of the caravan
There was barely space to walk into my bedroom around the bed it was so tight
Bad design that the gas pipe from adjacent caravan blows right into the decking area of
We really enjoyed this site. It’s not too big or loud or busy. The pool area is nice, we always got sun loungers round the pool and the flumes were some of the best we’ve ever had on a campsite
