The huge indoor water complex can be enjoyed by guests at any time of the year and it features glass walls so that guests can still enjoy the surrounding scenery while they splash around. The separate toddler area is heated to a balmy 31°C, while the aquatic area also boasts an aqua smash gaming system as well as a 70-metre-long water slide.
A stretch of sand lines the lake and is set with a colourful adventure playground for the kids to enjoy during their camping holiday. Parents can keep a watchful eye while soaking up the sun on the sand, and there is also a wellness centre for adults to unwind in that comes complete with a sauna as well as a steam cabin. The kids are sure to love the onsite petting zoo, while guests of all ages can have fun on the air trampoline.
The de Groot Vogel is just waiting to be explored and several cycling trails run through this area of intense natural beauty, while special exploration trips are also organised by the staff at De Vogel. The fortress town of Hulst can be found just a ten-minute drive away, while guests can have fun on the indoor ski slope at Terneuzen.
