Swimming facilities at Europarcs Het Amsterdamse Bos
Being a peaceful campsite, there is no large swimming pool on site. However, there is a very shallow splash pool near the playground for the youngest visitors. Water lovers can go to the Grote Vijver. This is the official swimming location of the Amsterdamse Bos. There are also two children's pools in the forest, where young children can safely enjoy the water.

With so many possibilities in the vicinity, the campsite is a relatively quiet location without a restaurant, entertainment or live music. The campsite does have a shop for the most important daily groceries, where you can pick up your freshly ordered bread rolls in the morning. With a rental bike you can easily move through the forest or cycle to the centre of Amsterdam. Rent an e-chopper with thick tyres and follow a route that you can download via an app. On site you will find a playground where the children can climb and play uninhibited.

You can quickly reach the historic centre of Amsterdam by bike or via the nearby tram stop. The Science Museum NEMO is aimed at children and Artis zoo is always a great experience. The Muiderslot is one of the most beautiful castles from the Middle Ages.
