Fancy a dip? De Voorst Leisure Park has a lovely outdoor swimming pool where young and old alike can cool off on hot summer’s days. For the very youngest, there’s a safe, separate paddling pool. Here, the little ones splash about happily by the fun water mushroom and whizz down the little slide. Around the pool there are cosy seating areas and sun loungers so you can easily keep an eye on the children whilst enjoying the sun. What’s more, the Zwolse Vaart canal flows right past the campsite, offering extra water fun for the whole family. Here, you can go stand-up paddleboarding, fishing or simply dip your toes in the natural water together.

The campsite is situated in a unique location in Kraggenburg, surrounded by the beautiful natural landscape of the Voorsterbos. This is a lovely spot for a pleasant family walk or a cycle ride. Fancy a day out soaking up some culture with the children? Then visit the impressive Schokland World Heritage Site or hire an electric boat in the world-famous Giethoorn to cruise past the thatched farmhouses together. Weerribben-Wieden National Park is also nearby and is a fantastic place to explore nature from the water.
