Pool and location is the best thing about the campsite but unfortunately there is a lack of shade around the pool. When it's busy, umbrellas are in short supply. Service is miserable. On arrival, a bed was missing, the air conditioning was dripping, that a pot was full within 1 hour. Although extra sheets and pillows were ordered, none were provided. At first no one wanted to fix the problems because the "campsite is not responsible for the problems of individual landlords". Apparently the landlord didn't send it correctly either. Garbage disposal is also a problem. We had a mobile home right next to the toilet, which is actually quite practical. Unfortunately, the cleaning ladies "clean" here one hour in the morning at 6 a.m. and one hour in the evening at 8 p.m. with the high-pressure cleaner... . When asked if it would be possible to place the high-pressure cleaner in the toilet so that we could have a rest for dinner, the answer was that it was only possible that way...

Unfortunately, this time we were more than unhappy with our accommodation. The fridge was far too small, no real freezer compartment. It was difficult to cool drinks. It was hardly possible to accommodate refrigerated goods (meat, sausage). Microwave was provided upon request. The beds were shaky. Every time I turned it around, the entire house shook. The mattresses were extremely worn out. The old air conditioning was so loud that it was difficult to sleep. Despite repeated inquiries, we were not offered an alternative.
