From the campsite you are within a few minutes walk down to the 8 kilometre long Hennemeer. The lake is particularly suitable for many water sports such as windsurfing and swimming.

There was absolutely nothing to do.
There was a pool but that was super boring.
Bar and restaurant were already closed at the end of August, beginning of September. There was no drink available yet.
Absolutely nothing to do for children. We were there the last week of the school holidays. (Indoor) swimming pool without a single device or slide. No animation, hardly any play equipment. Can't get a cup of coffee or beer yet. Lock of a bedroom door was already broken, last night I was locked up for an hour to get the door open (reception closed for hours). Once 24 hours without hot water. 90% of the caravans are therefore inhabited by local (older) Germans who are only there on weekends. A campsite of nothing. Completely over priced.

Had a wonderful holiday. Nice campsite with friendly staff. We received good information. It's just a shame that Allcamps told me dogs weren't allowed on the campsite, even though it's actually a pet-friendly campsite with a dog grooming area.
