Swimming fun at Eurocamp Spreewaldtor

Swimming, splashing around and relaxing hours in the sun can be found in the campsite's outdoor pool. Sporting and social activities such as aqua fitness courses and moonlight swimming are also offered there. On the beautiful beach of the bathing lake, the picturesque Groß Leuthener See, with its jetty, you can build sandcastles and relax while your children have fun in the water playground. For your children, there is a football pitch for sociable football games, a playground and creative and sporting entertainment during the school vacations. The UNESCO Spreewald Biosphere Reserve is a magnificent piece of nature: floodplain and moorland landscapes, many watercourses and around 18,000 animal and plant species! Boat trips and canoe tours through the extensive network of rivers and canals of the Spree are popular here. The 260 km long "Gurkenradweg", üover which you can reach beautiful destinations such as the villages of Schlepzig, Lübben and Lübbenau, beautiful oak, alder and beech forests, the Schwielochsee and the Neuendorfer See, passes right by the campsite. Hire a bike, pack your swimming gear and a picnic and you're ready to go. The Paul-Gerhard hiking trail, one of the most beautiful hiking trails in Germany, starts in nearby Lübben and ends in Berlin. The lively capital can be reached in 1.5 hours by car, as can beautiful Potsdam. Just 15 km away is the huge Tropical Islands spa, which will not only make your children's eyes light up.

A very nice, quiet site surrounded by beautiful nature. The lake with its jetty and sandy beach is fantastic. The location is nicely secluded from the hustle and bustle. All the staff were very friendly and fulfilled all our requests. Since we were there before the season, the pool area wasn't open yet. However, a brand new play tower for children is currently being built there. It looks great. The restrooms and showers were always clean and nicely equipped. All in all, a very nice holiday at a very nice site.
