The swimming area is partly covered and features a slide and a paddling pool. It’s tempting to relax with a drink on the sun loungers on the adjacent terrace whilst your children are still having a dip. In the surrounding area, water lovers will find more water fun in the Atlantic Ocean and at various theme parks: L’Île aux Pirates and Atlantic Wakepark, for example.

The aquarium in La Rochelle, a picturesque port city where you can also photograph the old harbour and Saint-Louis Cathedral, is both educational and interesting for children, just likeas Les Sables d'Olonne Zoo. Castles such as Château de la Guignardière are less than half an hour’s drive away.
