We were not informed that the reception was closed until 2.30pm. We were asked to pay again but had already done so. The receptionist did not seem to know what to do with our paperwork and did not ask for the tourist tax payment which we offered. On arrival the sanitary blocks were shut due to water problem and in the morning the showers and washing up sinks only had cold water

There was an option to extend the stay
There were very strict rules at the pool, no food sweets or drinks were allowed and no pool animals
There was no hand soap in the restrooms. As in nothing at all.
