Just two kilometres from the campsite is the crystal clear Lake Sainte-Croix, an ideal place for swimming, sunbathing and fun water activities. The lake has sandy beaches and secluded areas where the whole family can swim safely. If you prefer to stay on-site, there is a heated outdoor pool with loungers, a wading pool for little ones and space for both swimmers and non-swimmers. The campground also offers boat rentals, pedal boats and surfing, perfect for the active family.

At Le Clos de Barbey, there is always something to do. The multi-sport court, table tennis, petanque and organised games and tournaments make it easy to be active or social. Children as young as three can have fun in the mini-club, while adults enjoy a cocktail at the bar or try regional dishes in the cosy restaurant. Fresh bread is delivered promptly in the morning, so you can start your day with a freshly baked breakfast under the stars.

Camping Le Clos de Barbey is perfectly located for excursions into the spectacular Verdon Natural Park. Kayak through the dramatic cliffs of the Verdon, hike on trails through fragrant pine forests or take a road trip to photogenic viewpoints like Pont de Sainte-Croix. In neighbouring towns like Montagnac-Montpezat, you'll find cosy cafes, local stores and a true Provençal atmosphere.
