Nestled in the heart of the Vosges, just 600 kilometres from Utrecht, lies the lively family campsite Le Domaine des Bans. The water park at Le Domaine des Bans campsite offers plenty of swimming fun for the whole family.

Le Domaine des Bans: a campsite for water-based leisure activities

At Le Domaine des Bans campsite, young and old alike can have a great time in the water park (open in July and August), which features three water slides and a rapids ride. If the weather isn’t quite so good but you still fancy a swim, you can make use of the heated swimming pool, which includes a small indoor pool. Le Domaine des Bans campsite is situated right next to a lake (not suitable for swimming) where you can also have a lovely time.

It’s ok for a couple of nights.
Eurocamps rep was helpful on the phone
Mosquito nets/blind in bedrooms. But why not in bathrooms?! Crazy.
Kids enjoyed the slides though the pool was freezing so couldn’t stay in long
Paper thin walls in mobile home - noise passes straight through. Cockerel crowing nearby woke us up very early.
Very cramped in mobile home even though we were 2 adults and 2 kids in a 6-person home. Too much squeezed in.
3 bedside lights not working and one very wobbly single bed that banged against the wall at every movement. Having to clean everything on the long list before 10am checkout! Too much.

We were in a mobile home. It was alright but we were glad it was only 2 nights. It was end of season and pretty quiet which we didn’t mind.
