Very bad service from our tour operator

Large swimming pool with nice new slides, the mobile homes were much too close to each other, so there is no privacy and no space to play around the mobile home. The service by our tour operator was substandard and defects were only resolved after a few days. For example: air conditioning did not work properly and the first 5 days of our holiday little or nothing was done about it. The Homair staff was also very unfriendly and NOT helpful!
