The French lady at check-in didn't speak a word of English, and she was a bit of a drill sergeant when it came to cleaning. All the dishes had to be taken out of the cupboard and put on the table. Simply sweeping the table clean wasn't enough; it also had to be mopped. The mop was checked to see if it was wet, even though everything was perfectly clean. Not once did she ask if everything was to our satisfaction. In short: rubbish.
