In the French Alps, just south of Lake Geneva, settle at campsite Les Iles in Passy. It is close to the Rhone and has a lake with its own beach. Here, your camping holiday is the ideal balance of endless relaxation and countless activities, with views of Mont Blanc.

In the spacious Lac de Passy you and your family will jump into the natural water, where you can go kayaking and water cycling. You will also find an outdoor and semi-covered swimming pool nearby. The famous Rhone river flows just 400 metres away and here too, numerous sports are possible. So water fun is guaranteed.

Location
No hot water at showers in either the 2 stations
No soap in the male's toilet
Staff unhelpful
When we arrived we were told that there is no hot water in one of the two cleaning stations, but the male's showers in the second one did not have hot water either in the 4 days we've been there. The cleaners told us that we're not the only ones complaining about it, like this was an achievement on their side. And even if there was hot water in the male's showers, stilll there were 2 showers working out of 3 in the whole campsite. Appaling, which is the same that I could say about the staff's attitude towards the english speaking visitors. The electric hook up connections were too far for some pitches to reach, the soap in the washing area was gone and only been topped up days later after I have complained about this. It's a shame as the location is spot on with access to the lake with a view to Mont Blanc. All in all, avoid and try other campsites nearby.
