Very poor English spoken. Both at the entertainment staff, at the reception and in the restaurant.

Unfortunately, it was different from what we'd read on the website. Almost all the people were French. No one spoke a word. The house was a bit old-school French. Very dark and not clean. There was no broom or anything, so you couldn't sweep or clean yourself.
