Le Bois d'Amour

The 4-star campsite Le Bois d'Amour offers a large water park with both an indoor heated pool and an outdoor warm water pool for you to enjoy throughout the season. The retractable roof over the indoor pool allows you to swim in comfort whatever the weather, and when the sun shines, the roof can be opened so you can swim under the stars. The two-lane water slide guarantees hours of action, while children can play safely in the separate children's pool with play equipment. Just 150 meters from the campsite is La Grande Plage, a wide, clean sandy beach with shallow water, perfect for families with small children who want to swim and play safely.

Camping Le Bois d'Amour has a well-developed activity programme in the summer with daily water games for both children and adults. The mini-club keeps the little ones busy while parents can enjoy some relaxation, and the playground with modern equipment provides fun for all ages. In the evenings, family-friendly events bring guests together for entertaining moments. For the more active, there are petanque courts and bike rentals to explore the scenic half of the park. On site, you will also find a restaurant serving local food, a bread service in the morning and a mini-supermarket so you can meet all your daily needs without leaving the campsite. 

From Camping Le Bois d'Amour, it's just a short walk to the charming port of Port Maria, where you can enjoy freshly caught fish and a lively atmosphere. From here, ferries run to the idyllic islands of Belle-Île, Île d'Houat and Île d'Hœdic - all perfect for day trips with their turquoise waters and cosy white houses. A fascinating historical experience awaits you at the megalithic kingdom of Carnac, which has stood here for more than 7,000 years. For nature lovers, the area offers wide sandy beaches and coves suitable for surfing, sailing and horseback riding. The long-distance hiking trail around the peninsula offers unique nature experiences and stunning views along the coast.
