There are plenty of activities for the whole family at Camping Village La Plage. The campsite is close to a 2.5 mile stretch of sandy beach. Camping Village La Plage also features both an inside and outside heated covered pool. If you want to explore the surrounding area then the lovely village of Guilvinec is worth a trip. Guilvinec has one of France’s largest fishing ports and is within walking distance of the Campsite.

Swimming facilities at Camping Village La Plage

Camping Village La Plage has a fantastic waterpark which is great fun for the whole family. The outside pool is heated and has a gradual decline so it is great for children. In the children’s pool there is a small slide and a colourful water feature in the shape of a seal. The older children will definitely enjoy the exciting 3-lane slide! In addition there is a covered pool where you have the opportunity to swim lengths. 

If you and your family prefer swimming in the sea then Camping Village La Plage has two direct entrances to the beach, where you can relax and have fun catching crabs with your children.

Campsite facilities as Camping Village La Plage

Camping Village La Plage has a variety of fantastic activities for all ages for the duration of the season. You and your family have the chance to play mini golf, have a game of tennis or play in the play area. Camping Village La Plage also gives you the opportunity to rent bicycles and go-karts so you can explore the local area. There is horse-riding facilities only 5 minutes away from the campsite and you will also have a chance to relax in the sauna/wellness centre on site.  

On site there is a bar next to the pool and a fabulous restaurant for you to relax after a day of fun-filled activities. If you fancy a quiet night in there are several take away options on site, we recommend fresh fish as it is a speciality in Brittany.

Nearby Camping Village La Plage

If you want to enjoy the beautiful scenery then there are many walking routes in the area. This includes the most popular walking route (GR34) that starts in Camping Village La Plage and takes you along the coast. While you are staying on Camping Village La Plage we recommend you visit the markets on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the pretty village of Guilvinec. If you love water sports then pay a visit to the beach of La Torche, which is renowned for surfing, kitesurfing, stand-up paddle boarding and bodyboarding. There are some beautiful villages to visit including Concarneau, Quimper, Bénodet and in Penmarc’h you will see the biggest lighthouse of Brittany.
