Far out, where sky and water merge, Camping Glyngøre lies like a peaceful oasis. Here, the rigid routines of everyday life are replaced by the sound of the fjord and the smell of food cooking over the fire. The site is the ideal choice for anyone looking for that authentic camping feeling or dreaming of a touch of luxury in a glamping tent. In the middle of beautiful Salling, you will find a place of peace and relaxation, just a stone's throw from some of Denmark's most picturesque coastlines and the Limfjord's most beautiful experiences.

Swimming facilities at Glyngøre campsite

At the Glyngøre campsite, the focus is naturally on water, and there are plenty of opportunities for swimming. On the campsite itself, there is an inviting, covered and heated swimming pool, which guarantees swimming fun whatever the weather. Just a short walk away is Glyngøre beach, which is considered one of the fjord's most bathing-friendly beaches with its Blue Flag and shallow waters. For those looking for more action, the Glyngøre Water Park at the harbour offers a floating obstacle course with slides and climbing walls directly in the fjord.

Entertainment at Camping Glyngøre

The stay is organised in such a way that comfort and activities are paramount. The modern service buildings are well equipped, and the large play areas with bouncy castles, merry-go-rounds and climbing frames ensure action and fun. Visitors can also say hello to the cute petting goats or use the large communal terrace for cosy meals under the stars. The spacious plots offer plenty of air and privacy without losing the cosy atmosphere that characterises life on the site.

The surroundings of Glyngøre campsite

The campsite is the perfect base for exploring northwest Jutland. The historic fishing village of Glyngøre offers a charming marina and excellent restaurants. On the other side of the Sallingsund Bridge is Mors with the Jesperhus flower park, and a short drive takes you to the island of Fur, where millions of years of history in the form of fossils can be found in the pottery caves. The nature around Legind Bjerge also invites you to hike in one of Denmark's most beautiful landscapes.
