The campsite's indoor water park is a popular meeting place for the whole family, where fun and games are guaranteed. The water park features multi-level pools, fun water games and several slides. The long slide, which winds both inside and out, is a clear favourite with visitors. For the little ones, there's a separate paddling pool with a pleasant 29-degree water temperature, a playhouse and a small slide. In addition, it's possible to relax in the sauna overlooking the water park.

If the weather permits, Hvide Sande Beach is a good choice. Located just behind the dunes, it offers fine sand, lifeguards during the summer months and opportunities to kite, swim and play in the sand.

Dancamps Nords is particularly suitable for families with children, as there are two playgrounds offering children plenty of opportunities for play and activities. One playground is near the water park, the other in the centre of the campsite. Children can play on climbing structures, bouncy castles, swings, trampolines and balance beams, and there's also an indoor playroom for fun on rainy days.

The campsite also boasts a well-stocked camping store, which doubles as a cafe and snack bar where you can get freshly baked rolls, ice creams, coffee, cakes and pizzas. For extra family fun, you can take on the 12-hole mini-golf course (for a fee), and the loser can treat the others to an ice cream from the store.

The Dancamps North region offers beautiful scenery and rugged nature for leisurely cruises or action-packed surfing trips on the North Sea. The beaches of the North Sea offer surfing, water skiing, wakeboarding and kayaking. You can also visit the Fishing and Sailing Museum to see different species of fish and seals, or take part in a fish auction at Hvide Sande.

The best way to explore the west coast is by bike, and you can either bring your own or rent one just 5 km from the campsite. The impressive 560-kilometre West Coast Road takes you through unique nature along the sea, through forests and past fjords and the unique Wadden Sea area.
