Camping Toftum Bjerge

Walking distance from the campsite is the wide sandy beach of the North Sea. Here, water fun is never far away: from splashing along the tide line and searching for shells to a refreshing dip on a sunny day. The beach is child-friendly and, thanks to the alternation of dunes and cliffs, every walk feels unique. The truly adventurous venture into the sea for a swim, while others enjoy flying a kite in the wind or picnicking in the sand.

The campsite is orderly and attractive, with plenty of room for children to play. There is a playground with climbing equipment and a large bouncy castle where they can have endless fun. Soccer tournaments and ball games are organised on the sports fields, and during the summer months, there are fun activities that bring families together.

For a quick snack or an easy meal, visit the snack bar. In the small supermarket, you will get everything for breakfast or a barbecue. The atmosphere is friendly and personal; you will feel immediately welcome. In the evening, everyone gathers around the campfire or on the terrace, while the children make one last round on the bouncy castle.

The area is a paradise for nature lovers. The impressive cliffs of Toftum Bjerge are literally around the corner: a special piece of Danish coast that invites long walks with views over the sea. A short distance away is Struer, a charming town with a harbour, stores and cosy cafés. For a day of adventure, drive to Jesperhus Blomsterpark, a flower park with an amusement park and animals, which is guaranteed to be a highlight for children. Holstebro, with its pleasant shopping streets and cultural activities, is also within reach.
