Valamar Camping Lanterna is situated on a peninsula about 8 miles from Porec and Umag. It is a lively and spacious campsite situated amongst Mediterranean nature, pine and oak forest.
There are two swimming pool complexes at Valamar Camping Lanterna. The largest pool complex, which includes a children’s pool and sunbathing areas, is located next to the bay. The children’s pool has a lovely activity area for the children. The other swimming pool is in the beautiful forest and is suitable for younger children (opening in mid-June). They will play for hours around the pirate ship with several slides. Around this pool are large grassy areas for relaxing and a playground for children. In the pretty bay at Valamar Camping Lanterna, you can try out water sports such as surfing, snorkelling and water-skiing. Part of the beach has been turned into a sandy beach with a beautiful beach bar!
Valamar Camping Lanterna offers two restaurants and a pizzeria. The campsite has several supermarkets and bakeries, and many little stalls selling clothes, jewelry, swimwear, and much more. An amusement centre is a meeting place for teenagers with pool tables, slot machines and several other exciting games. The disco for teenagers is about a 15-minute walk from the campsite. The enthusiastic animation team organizes baby dances, shows, and musicals at the Adria restaurant, which has a great view of the magnificent bay. There is also an indoor theatre for the whole family with a cinema. There is an electric car recharging station (against fee).
A short drive away is the old tourist village of Porec with its many narrow streets, authentic squares, and a wide range of restaurants and shops. In July, the Itralandia water park is expected to open near Valamar Camping Lanterna, which means fun for the entire family!

Wouldn't go back. Croatia was lovely & company rep was nice but campsite staff at reception were very rude. No information in house either about the campsite so we had no idea about opening times of any facilities. Very poor!
