Poor: too many permanent residents .
Location
Highly residential site not really geared up for tourist
Very difficult to drive around the site because of pitch sizes and trees
Power supplies taken up by residential and no grey waste as advertised

Poor experience, shabby site, inflatable swimming pool, everywhere was scruffy, certainly not reflective of the photographs in the advertising. Single track roads in and out and certainly not fit for a large motorhome eventhough we informed them in the booking process.
