Marvilla Parcs Chateau de Galaure is nestled in the Drome Valley in the Rhone Alps and borders Provence and the Swiss Alps. It is a well-maintained luxury camping site that boasts a fun and friendly atmosphere with a water park and tons of entertainment for a family camping holiday in France.

Swimming facilities at Marvilla Parcs Chateau de Galaure

The water park makes this one of the top campsites in this region. The park boasts two swimming pools and a children’s pool. Features include a playground in the pool, four waterslides, a Lazy River slide, and a waterfall mushroom in the baby pool. Alongside the pools is a beautiful leisure pond with a large sandy beach area set with palm trees.

Marvilla Parcs Chateau de Galaure offers an extensive entertainment program for the whole family. Activities include a kids’ club, family camping adventures, a mini disco and bicycles to hire. There’s a beach volleyball court and a tennis court, as well as a skatepark. A bar and restaurant offers a la carte, terrace dining and takeaway. Fishing is available in the nearby river, and rafting excursions can be organised. Adults can enjoy a sauna. For those who enjoy playing tennis on their holiday, guests can enjoy a game at the nearby village tennis club, located just 250 metres from the campsite (additional fees apply).

Very quite for the middle of June, we were the only people at the pool some days
